I woke up this morning
it's a sunny day,
comfy in my bed
with food on the way.
Why can't I think of that?
On my radio sad news are to be heard
while outside my window sings a chirpy bird.
Why do I feel so crabby?

I have a job, a dog and a family

and we're healthy.
Why do I forget about that?
Instead I think of something really nasty,
Always a shitty thing that makes me angry!
